As a past member of Westfield Demolay with a great interest in the Fire Service and First Aid, Gene left the influence of a quiet gentleman. I never heard him say a bad word about anybody. His calming effect and great knowledge on anything he was involved with was a pleasure to be with. And another one they don't make anymore is gone. My condolences to his wife and family. We were so saddened to hear about Gene's passing. We are thinking and have you in our prayers during this very difficult time.
