Obituary of Matthew Alan Kulpa

WESTFIELD - Matthew Alan Kulpa, age 21, of Hanover Road, Silver Creek, formerly of Westfield, died unexpectedly, Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Westfield. Matthew was born on June 30, 1988 in Dunkirk, NY the son of the late Michael Alan Kulpa and Brenda (Lauderdale) Kulpa, with whom he made his home. A Westfield resident most all his life, Matthew had resided in Coral Springs, FL, for about a year and a half, before coming home this past December to be with his family. Most recently, he had been employed by Nate Terrill in the excavating business. He volunteered at the Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue and loved animals. Matt was a kind hearted man who would do anything for his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, video games and spending time with his friends and family. Besides his mother, Brenda (Lauderdale) Kulpa of Silver Creek, NY, he is survived by his brother: Keith Kulpa of Florida, his maternal grandmother, Josephine Fisk of Tennessee, his paternal grandmother, Clara Gould of Jamestown, NY, and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Michael Alan Kulpa. Friends may call on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY, where the funeral will be held on Friday morning at 11:00 AM with Rev.
