Bill and Jackie, we are so very sorry for your loss. Elaine was a great person and we will miss her dearly. We always enjoyed the time that we spent with her, regardless of what we were doing. She was such a sweet person. I had the previledge of working with Elaine and going to church and singing in the choir with her. She was a lovely lady and it was a pleasure knowing her. She will be sadly missed although it has been years since either one of us has seen each other. Memories are wonderful things though. May you lean back in the arms of Jesus and rest in His peace as you work through your sorrow,God Bless you all.

Your Mom was part of the fabric of our neighborhood...as were the Phillips kids quite awhile back! How we adored her and George as a couple, and it was painful when he was gone. Your Mom and I crossed paths back in her last years of her job when we both worked with the same child...she had a kind and compassionate heart. She was like part of the Cogliano extended family, and we always enjoyed when she agreed to be part of our gatherings. Always smiling and lovely, no matter what pain she had physically, or emotionally. She will truly be missed. If there's anything we can do to help with the house or the funeral reception, I left my e-mail address. Please let us know. We're thinking of you all! Carol

Dear William & Jacqueline;I was so sorry to hear about your loss. Elaine was my Maid of Honor, 61 years ago when I married the love of my life. Don passed away a month or so before George passed. We talked at that time, but I didn't know she was ill. Elaine was a very good friend, and my mother felt she was like a daughter, when she lived in Ripley. She will be missed by all that knew her.
