I worked with Chad at ECR International for 11 years. I shared an office with him and considered him one of my best friends at ECR. A group of us went out to lunch together once or twice a week. I enjoyed Chad's quirky sense of humor. At Christmas time he would play "Dr. Demento" style warped Christmas carols for us. One year he fashioned a Festivus pole out of an old mop handle and, every Christmas season from then on, he would take the pole out of the closet and set it up in our office to celebrate Festivus. I retired in 2017 but would occasionally meet for lunch with Chad & other former co-workers. I last saw Chad when we met for lunch at Dunkirk Grillworks in September. My deepest sympathy to his family. He is gone way too soon. Jeff Kring
