Louise was my Mother's dear friend and we were all very fond of her. Years ago she gave me a little silver bud vase that had belonged to her aunt, Emily Louise Gardener. I think of Louise every time I place a flower in that vase. I remember her long daily walks...maybe they contributed to her longevity. I'll always remember her, and I send my most sincere condolences to her family.

I worked for her 3 summers during college. She was very good to me. If her great nephews and nieces don't know about her work in Japan, they should email me.

Louise was the Mother of many of us growing up at the Lakeview during the 60's and 70's. Husband Max and Louise and the Lakeview were our home away from home during young adult years and also the first place we went coming home from college or the military. Louise was always there to welcome you home with a smile. She was a dear lady who I will always remember fondly and with great affection. We will miss you Louise!

Dear family: My father was her chef at one time and we would go in and visit him or pick him up after work and Louise always fussed over us. Later on it was a great meeting place for us newly turned 18 year olds in 1966. She always greeted everyone with a smile and seemed to enjoy our being there. God Bless.

Louise was a wonderful woman. Our parents took us to the restaurant a lot and Louise always let us pick out a candy bar after dinner. So sorry for your loss.Janice/Joe
