I am so sorry and saddened to hear about the death of Patricia. She was a wonderful person and competent Business Manager for Ripley Central Schools during my Superintendency. I will always be grateful for her guiding hand and assistance in managing the daily financial affairs of the school district. Ripley residents were very fortunate to have Mrs. Barger, as her heart and mind was in making better financial decisions, so all the residents and students could enjoy cost effective quality educational opportunities..
My deepest condolences to her wonderful husband Donald and her family.
