I have not seen Mr. Besch since I was a teenager, but I have nothing but happy and fond memories of him and his family. We shared many good times in the 60's at the Wendt beach cottages. The summer of my life in 1967, he was so kind to my parents and my six siblings that we rented a small cottage for the entire summer. My siblings and I still speak of that time as "the summer".
To Mrs. Besch, Eddie, and Allyson, my strongest and heartfelt sympathies today and in the days ahead. I will pray for your comfort and strength at this most difficult of times.
