Cathy was a caring, vibrant soul that shone with the light of God's love. My deepest condolences to the entire family during this time of grief!
I had the privilege of getting to know her and her family though my previous work-- I was there to look after her, but--with her motherly instinct-- she always let me know she was looking out for me, too. She inspired me with her unfailing optimism, faith and resilience, no matter what setbacks life threw her way. She taught me patience, how to play her favorite classic game (I can never remember the name of it but her family will know,) that a cup of coffee/good company could turn any day around and to take a moment to dance now and then. I am grateful that I had the chance to know her, I will remember her always.
