Linda Riscili Thomas, Florida
Dear Rhonda, Rebecca and family: I met your mother when I was 17 years old, I'm now 72. There were many years in between I didn't see her but whenever I did we would catch up and share a laugh or two. Her family was always first and foremost with her. A few years ago my son and his family moved next door to her and my grand kids began to play around and sometimes in her yard. On one of my visits from Florida the kids told me about the nice older lady next door who never yelled at them if their ball went in her yard etc. I walked next door and had the nicest conversation with her. She was sweet, kind and beautiful as ever. Heaven has gained an angel for sure who will be missed by many. May your wonderful memories of her give you comfort during this sad time, God Bless you.

To the family of dear Adeline
What a joy to have know Adeline for all these years. I was 17 when we shared our living quarters on the the third floor of an apartment house on Clinton St. next almost to this funeral home. Actually it was the bathroom we shared and we have laughed about it over the years. She was always so good to my husband Neal and I (Marilyn). He worked nights and I was young and afraid to be alone and would go through the bathroom and sleep with Adeline. I loved her. I know she was a Christian and is now with Jesus where my hubby went in June So they are now together. I will be with them probably very soon being 85, I wish I could have been at her service as does Pat Helman who loved her as I did. One day we will all be together with our Lord and Savior with no more pain. To the family I am so sorry. She will be so missed. I do understand as I am going through it but I would not wish my hubby back nor would he want to. They are home now. You will continue in our prayers.. John 3;16
In Christ
Marilyn Jaynes and Pat Helman God bless her family.

My Aunt Adaline Utegg was my second mother. She was a very talented lady, vibrent and loving soul. She will be greatly missed from ages to ages. But, we will see her in Heaven soon. May God bless Rebecca and Rhonda through these trying days. Love them both.

Auntie Adeline was the fun loving "baby sister" to my grandmother Pearl Beaujean. I have fond memories of the Saturday morning sister ritual where she and her sisters, Pearl and Winnie, would get together to roll one another's hair in preparation for Sunday Church services. They would talk about their week and plans for the following week as well as retelling of old family stories. Auntie Adeline's sense of humor and quick wit often left us in stitches. The sister's are all together again, but instead of curling each other's hair in preparation to attend church, Auntie Adeline and her sister's are Praising Their Savior All the Day Long!

I loved my Aunt Adaline. She was so vivacious and caring. I remember visiting my grandparents (Adaline's sister Pearl) Multiple times when Adeline would come over and hootenanny would soon ensue. She will be missed, but always be in our hearts.

WE LOVED ADELINE VERY MUCH. SHE HAD A HUGE HEART FOR OTHERS. SHE WAS A WONDERFUL FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR TO OUR PARENTS, MERRELL AND MARGUERITE BOWEN AT CORNER OF ELM AND BLISS STS. SHE OFTEN VISITED THEM AND CHECKED UP ON THEIR WELL-BEING AS SHE WAS A LITTLE YOUNGER THAN THEY. MY SISTER, LINDA FOX WORKED WITH HER A T THE SEWING FACTORY AND GREW TO KNOW HER AS A VERY SWEET, CARING PERSON. I, JUDY MARSH, ATTENDED THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH AND TOGETHER WITH A TEAM OF WOMEN VISITED ADELINE ON A REGULAR BASIS AT HER HOME OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS. WE SANG HYMNS TOGETHER AND WE HEARD HER LIFE STORY. SHE WENT OUT TO LUNCH OCCASIONALLY WITH US AND WE ALL ENJOYED HER GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. HER LOVE OF MUSIC AND HER TALES OF HER JOY FILLED YEARS IN A COUNTRY BAND ALONG WITH HER MEMORIES OF HER MEETING AND DATING HER DEAR HERMAN KEPT US ON THE EDGE OF OUR SEATS. I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW SHE SANG TO THE LORD IN CHURCH GIVING ALL HER STRENGTH TO HER VOICE SO WE COULD HEAR HER EVEN THOUGH SHE NO LONGER WAS ABLE TO SOLO AS SHE ONCE DID. WE WILL MISS ADELINE AND HER SWEET, EVIDENT LOVE FOR GOD AND HER COMMUNITY MEMBERS
LOVE
LINDA FOX AND JUDY MARSH
