To the family of Bill Jackson:My deepest sympathies go out to you. Bill was a warm, caring person, typically with a smile or thoughtful look on his face. Whether with those he worked for or those who worked for him, he was always kind, understanding, and cooperative. I was always impressed with his musical interests, and his musical contributions will be missed by the community and his fellow musicians. I regret not being able to attend the service, as I am now living in Finland, but I regret even more that next summer, unlike the last few when I've returned, I won't be able to pursue some project on my house with Bill. I hope you take solace that Bill will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.Tom Regelski

My sincere sympathy to the Jackson family. I was always a great admirer of Bill from the moment he became our general contractor in 1992 on the Finley Rd. home. He was always patient and always knowledgable and always kind....from the first questions posed to him until the millionth one 2 or 3 years later. Weren't you fortunate to have him as your husband, father, brother, grandfather, employer, or fellow musician.
